Processing Time: We strive to process and ship your order within 5 to 7 business days of receiving it. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and chosen method. You’ll see estimated costs during checkout before confirming your purchase. We offer standard and expedited options.
Delivery Time: Timeframes vary depending on your location and chosen method. Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2-3 business days. These are estimates, and actual times may differ.
Returns
Return Window: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at connect@gloriousbysheel.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds: Once we receive and verify your returned items meet the return criteria, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Exchanges: We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, like swimwear, intimates, or sale items, may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
